Course description: Supply Chain Elements. Elements of Supply Chain Management . Supply Chain demand forecasting. Supply Chain Risk Management. The impact of the whip effect on supply chain efficiency. Dynamics and integration of distribution channels. Selecting and creating distribution channels. Project logistics in distribution systems. Post-sales distribution logistics . Information systems in distribution logistics. Students will solve tasks related to distribution system planning, application of supply chain management methods and other program and project tasks.
