| Course description: The concept and basic features of courier process technology. Analysis of differences between traditional postal services
and modern services in the postal system. Scope of courier activities (limitations from related activities). Analysis of additional
values in the courier process. An overview of global and local postal and express service providers. Multicriteria analysis
and selection of the most favorable vehicle. Demand forecasting methods for postal and courier services. Basic indicators
of the situation (international, European and national). Technological processes in the stages of realization of postal services.
Track and trace technology. Ecommerce and delivery functions in the fileld of online shopping. Models of Ecommerce. Analysis
of the quality of postal services. New technologies in the technological phase of shipment delivery.
