It consists of following topics: Supply Chain Basics and Definitions, Elements of Supply Chain, Distribution Channels, Essentials of Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting Methods in Supply Chain, Risks in Supply Chain, Risk Management in Supply Chain, Information Flows in Supply Chain, Optimization of Distribution Systems, Logistics games-beer game.
