Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies

Central European University Exchange Programme is a programme for academic exchange of students and teachers in Central and Eastern Europe. All exchange students (freemover and network), coming to study at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences at the University of Zagreb within the CEEPUS scholarship programme are requested to make their application process at www.ceepus.info

The person responsible for the CEEPUS programme at the Croatian Agency for mobility and EU Programmes in Croatia is Ms. Tanja Veljak. All information regarding application and accommodation should be sent to ceepus@mobilnost.hr

Initially, all students must fill out the Before section of the Learning Agreement (page 1 only). Learning Agreement is a contract which allows each student to enter the study programme and covers the term “contract of the grant period mobility” used by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes. It can be concluded on the basis of institutional arrangements or independently. Learning Agreement must be signed by the student and signed and stamped by the sending institution. 1.      Learning Agreement (signed and stamped)

2.      Curriculum Vitae

3.      Motivation Letter

4.      Grade Transcript and Certificate of Enrolment

5.      Copy(scan) of the passport or ID card (for EU citizens)

6.      Certificate of English language proficiency – level B2 according to CEFR
