Department members of Intelligent Transport Systems prof. Tonči Carić, assistant Krešimir Kušić, Young researcher Leo Tišljarić and student Mladen Miletić participated in the 4th Int’l Summer School on Data Science. School is traditionally organized by the Center of Research Excellence for Data Science and Advanced Cooperative Systems. The school was held from 9th to 13th of September 2019 in the city of Split, Croatia on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Split. The topic of the summer school was „Statistical methods for data science“. The program included hands-on sessions, demonstrating practical aspects. Along with excellent lecturers from Croatia and abroad, the school was attended by students, researchers, and experts from academia and companies.
