On the 1. November 2017 new project “Advanced methods and methodologies in data science and cooperative systems (DATACROSS)” as part of the “Scientific Centre of Excellence for Data Science and Cooperative Systems” will start. Financing for this 5-year new project was granted from the program Superior Research of Science Centers of Excellence, European fund for regional development. This new grant will allow the researchers from UNIZG-FTTS lead by asst. prof. Edouard Ivanjko financing of one new young researcher and advancement of their research related to real-time analytics of traffic data, especially data mining of GPS tracks of delivery vehicles and application of artificial intelligence in traffic control.
