Croatian Aviation Training Centre is happy to announce that our renewed aircraft Cessna 172 had its first test flight. Our renewed aircraft is a monumental step towards our goal of a modern fleet of aircraft. Aircraft meets all requirements set by the aviation authority for training in PBN environment.
Aircraft is equipped with:
- two Garmin G5 units that serve as Attitude indicator and HSI,
- Garmin GTN 750 unit as main Communication and Navigation unit,
- Garmin GTN 650 unit as secondary Communication and Navigation unit and
- J.P. Instruments EDM 900 Primary unit as a display unit for all our engine parameters.
The first test flight was performed on Friday 21st February at our main airfield Lučko (LDZL) by our skilled flight instructors Predrag Crnko and Stjepan Zabčić. We are delighted to announce that the checks went according to standards and first students will be able to fly it shortly.
