A group of undergraduate and graduate students from the Department of Aeronautics and the Department of Air Transport of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb visited the 91st Air Force Base and 191st Fighter Aircraft Squadron at Pleso. The visit, which included 25 students and 3 teachers, was organized on Friday, November 22, 2024.
During the visit, the students were shown hangars (housing both Dassault Rafale and MiG-21 aircraft), the Dassault Rafale simulator, technical rooms and the engine maintenance workshop.
The high degree of professionalism and kindness shown by all staff was much appreciated. The group was grateful for the opportunity to put into practice what was taught in the classrooms, especially lessons regarding aircraft maintenance. We thank the Croatian Air Force, 91st Air Force Base, and the 191st Fighter Aircraft Squadron for their hospitality and look forward to future collaboration!
