Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, the Department of Information and Communication Traffic has applied a project proposal named „Defining User Requirements for Designing Innovative Information and Communication Services“ on tender by Hrvatska Lutrija. The invitation for tender was open on 20 March, 2018 and the Department of Information and Communication Traffic applied the project proposal in the field of „Education and Science“. The aim of the tender was to create greater promotion of ethics and strengthening of social responsibility towards social community.
Hrvatska Lutrija recognized the potential of project proposal and made a donation to carry out the project activities. The aim of the projects it to define user requirements for the purpose of designing new innovative information services in form of assistive technology. It is expected that the project results will influence on raising the awareness of all relevant stakeholders that are included in processes of designing services and solutions for informing users.
