Employees of Srce held a lecture for students and employees of the Department of Information and Communication Traffic, during which they were introduced to the technologies and systems established in data centers and gave them insight into the design, development, and management of these technical systems.
The lecture was given by Slaven Mihaljević, Ph. D., Head of Cooperation and Communication Department, and Mario Klobučar, Head of Network Infrastructure and Data Centers Department. During the lectures, in addition to the above, they presented Srce and the set of services they offer, projects, and conferences they hold, and they especially emphasized support, cooperation, and integration with other institutions.
After the lecture, the students and employees of the Department visited the HR-ZOO ZG2 data center, which is located within the University Campus Borongaj. The data centers of Srce are modern and reliable facilities equipped for appropriate accommodation of communication and computer equipment and consist of complex electrotechnical and mechanical systems that ensure the correct and uninterrupted operation of data centers, as well as high availability of ICT equipment and digital services, and meet defined technical and safety requirements standards.
