On Monday, May 27, 2024, starting at 12 pm in Hall 6 of the ZUK Borongaj, a lecture on career opportunities at A1 Croatia was given by Josipa Runje, currently a Junior Radio Access Network Specialist, and Patricija Poturiček, a Junior HR Specialist. The lecture was particularly interesting to final-year students of the Information and Communication Traffic program as it provided insights into real possibilities and examples of working in the industry, as well as information about the A1 Start program at A1 Croatia, which offers a way to start a career after graduation.
The speakers discussed their careers at A1 Croatia, the challenges they face, and how their work contributes to the company's development. They shared practical advice on what to expect when entering this exciting and rapidly growing profession.
This lecture was a unique opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from young professionals who understand the students' position and knowledge, as they themselves went through the educational system of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences (Josipa Runje). Their combination of expertise, relevant information, and experiences provided practical guidelines for a successful start in the ICT industry.
