The first public demonstration of quantum communication between three countries: Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, was demonstrated today as a part of the G20 meeting in Trieste. It was established among Trieste, Ljubljana and Rijeka. Thanks to scientists and experts led by the Ruđer Bošković Institute (RBI) within the Croatian Quantum Communication Infrastructure Consortium (CroQCI), which also includes the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb and OiV - Digital Signals and Networks.
In Croatia this endeavour was led by Dr. Mario Stipčević and Dr. Martin Lončarić from the Ruđer Bošković Institute with the support of colleagues Prof. Dr. Dragan Peraković and Dr. Ivan Cvitić from the Department of Information and Communication Traffic from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb and the telecom company OIV - Digital Signals and Networks.

Special Issue of Security and Communication Networks entitled Digital Forensics Approaches and Challenges of Ubiquitous and Emerging Devices by Hindawi is open for paper submission. This Special Issue seeks to cover the research domain related to the effective digital forensics of emerging and ubiquitous devices.
Lead editor is Head of the Department, Full Prof. Dragan Peraković, PhD. Guest editors are Aleksandar Jevremović (Singidunum University, Belgrade, Serbia) and Gregorio Martinez Perez (University of Murcia, Murcia, Spain).

6th EAI International Conference on Future Access Enablers of Ubiquitous and Intelligent Infrastructures – FABULOUS 2021 will be held from 4-6th May 2022, Zagreb, Croatia. The conference is organized under the umbrella of the European Alliance for Innovation - EAI, Gent, Belgium.
Full Paper Submission deadline is 8th November 2021.
