The 5th international conference on computing sciences (ICCS-2021) will be held from 4-5 December 2021. The conference is organized by the School of Computer Science and Engineering, under the aegis of Lovely Professional University (LPU). Punjab, India.
The Head of the Department of Information and Communication Traffic, Prof. Dragan Peraković, Ph.D. is a member of the conference's Program Chair.

The first public demonstration of quantum communication between three countries: Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, was demonstrated today as a part of the G20 meeting in Trieste. It was established among Trieste, Ljubljana and Rijeka. Thanks to scientists and experts led by the Ruđer Bošković Institute (RBI) within the Croatian Quantum Communication Infrastructure Consortium (CroQCI), which also includes the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb and OiV - Digital Signals and Networks.
In Croatia this endeavour was led by Dr. Mario Stipčević and Dr. Martin Lončarić from the Ruđer Bošković Institute with the support of colleagues Prof. Dr. Dragan Peraković and Dr. Ivan Cvitić from the Department of Information and Communication Traffic from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb and the telecom company OIV - Digital Signals and Networks.
