Members of the Department participated in the 26th International Scientific Conference of Danube Adria Association for Automation & Manufacturing (DAAAM International Symposium 2015) which was held in Zadar from 21 - 24.10.2015.

Department member Ivan Cvitić was awarded to Festo scholarships for participation in the 4th International Doctoral School, based on the quality of scientific paper submited at the 26th international scientific conference "Danube Adria Association for Automation & Manufacturing" (DAAAM International Symposium 2015).

University of Žilina, Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications, Department of Communications organize 7th scientific and workshop Day of New Technologies - DoNT 2015. Within the conference the Department presents research paper: RESEARCH OF IoT CONCEPT IN MONITORING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ELDERLY PERSON, Dragan Peraković, Marko Periša, Vedran Sedlar.
