The Department became a member of the International Telecommunication Society (ITS). ITS is a association of scientists and experts in the fields of information and communication traffic and related technologies from the private and academic sector.

Members of the Department participated in the 26th International Scientific Conference of Danube Adria Association for Automation & Manufacturing (DAAAM International Symposium 2015) which was held in Zadar from 21 - 24.10.2015.

Department member Ivan Cvitić was awarded to Festo scholarships for participation in the 4th International Doctoral School, based on the quality of scientific paper submited at the 26th international scientific conference "Danube Adria Association for Automation & Manufacturing" (DAAAM International Symposium 2015).
