Participation in Forensics Europe Expo 2024 and MOVE 2024

Asst. Prof. Dr. Ivan Cvitić, a member of the Department for Information and Communication Traffic, participated in the Forensics Europe Expo 2024 in London, a prominent conference for digital forensics, and concurrently at the MOVE conference, which focuses on innovations in the transportation sector such as autonomous vehicles and AI technologies. Both conferences provided platforms for networking, professional development, and the presentation of advanced technological integrations in forensic investigations and transportation.

Participation in the Swiss-Japanese Quantum Symposium 2024

Members of the Department of Information and Communication Traffic, Prof. Dr. Dragan Peraković and Assist. Prof. Dr. Ivan Cvitić, participated in the Swiss-Japanese Quantum Symposium 2024 (Tokyo University, Tokyo, Japan), presenting the CroQCI project and the topic "Enhancing Quantum Key Distribution Networks: The Critical Role of Advanced Simulation Techniques", emphasizing the key role of simulations in quantum communications.

A lecture was held by the company A1 Croatia on career development

On Monday, May 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM in Hall 6 of the ZUK Borongaj, a lecture on career opportunities at A1 Croatia was held by Josipa Runje, currently a Junior Radio Access Network Specialist, and Patricija Poturiček, a Junior HR Specialist. The lecture was particularly interesting to final-year students of the Information and Communication Traffic program as it provided insight into real possibilities and examples of working in the industry, as well as information about the A1 Start program at A1 Croatia, which offers a way to start a career after graduation.
